He has an option for the additional shares if necessary and in any event, he would need every last minor shareholder to attend and vote against him, which is never going to happen. In addition, he has a director on the board and will no doubt have a detailed investment/shareholders agreement governing how big decisions are made - i.e. Moshiri gets to make them.

Totally disgusted with our new board which includes Moshiri. Enough is enough. I don’t care how much money we will save by waiting till June, it is now about a strong statement of intent. That Kenwright is still involved in our club is very worrying. To Moshiri I would say do something….do anything, be a leader, after all as a supporter there is very little I can do.
