He supported Martinez 100% regardless of the evidence just like Davek, and he's clearly already set his position on both Moshiri and Koeman, don't expect evidence to change his mind here either.

True say Tom, true say.

Not true. I actually changed my opinion on him BUT until now i think he would have done very well as a DOF in terms of spening money on players....Niasse was a disaster of course but when hes had decent funds he bought well overall.

Lets see how koeman does....ill change my mind about him if he performs...

Its a bit tedious reading that so much has changed....when it clearly hasnt. Yes POTENTIALLY things look amazing but all thats happened is;

We signed a useless keeper
We extended Gibsons contract
We have a new board member
Osman, howard,hibbert,pienaar are gone
Heavy rumours stones is to go
Rumoured were gettng witsel
Rumoured were getting 2 united cast offs
Got in an average at best manager

Anything else happened ?
My god Zat, you do like to be miserable don't you? Mata and Schneiderlin are United cast offs, yet you advocate signing completely unproven players from a very weak league like Janssen and Tielemans. I always thought the saying went like, 'if they're good enough, they're old enough' and not like, 'if they're young enough, they're good enough.' Extremely happy we seem to go after proven and experienced players with a very good track record myself.

Not saying I don't want Janssen or Tielemans etc...etc... but they've got it all to prove yet at a higher level. As for Koeman, it looks like it is a personal vendetta you've got going against him. I say we got the perfect manager in him, you clearly don't agree. Why don't we just wait and see who'll be right in the end? For the good of Everton I hope I will be.

Thats like a blow to the heart :(

Not really mate, as mentioned in a fair few threads already, Stones leaving opens up an absolutely massive potential for us to leap about 10 rungs up the ladder in this league, being able to move the wages for the squad onto a level with or even higher than spurs will be massive for us, additionally will mean we can offer wages maybe above the likes of spurs, the rs, arsenal etc for special players.

Think about last summer - we lost out on Payet - in large part due to west ham being able to pay him more

Commencing negotiations for a top quality stadium within a few months of Moshiri coming on board?

Proving a transfer kitty which blows anything in our history out of the water?

Showing a willingness to pay big to get the right manager and taking the view that (to use just one example) the manager of a club with the stature of Man City is not good enough for us?

Surely all of this demonstrates how much has changed, and we're only just getting started.

But we've only signed Stekelenburg in the first 36 hours of the transfer window mate

How long was rooney with us before he was sold...or sanches to bayern...martial to united etc etc

You know koeman as a manager so you know he will sign players to win games...which sounds great BUT we will see loads of experienced players come in at 27+ and i can see players like dowell not getting a game.

Hes a short term manager and ive hated him since he tried to kill craig short...then again when he tanked at valencia.

I dont get the excitement over mata or schneiderlin myself....we can do better.

Hope im wrong and i will be positive if at least he signs a top keeper.
