Yes there are more more board members coming as mentioned earlier and we may see at least 1 board member stepping down when the options agreements are exercised.

Barrett-Baxendale has done a fantastic job at EiTC but I hear not everyone enjoys working for her.

....not necessarily a bad thing if things needed shaking up. I presume Moshiri and his people have done their homework and feel she can bring some value to the wider governance of the club, I also presume she will be able to offer insight into ensuring the strategy dovetails with grass root requirements.

I think that's a positive to be honest Esk,with the Russian chap as Moshiri's "eyes" on a day to day basis,hopefully there is at last a ruthless streak emerging at the core of the business operation.

A "favour" that results in us paying them more rent.

It's not as complicated as that, it's just that we don't own Finch Farm so we've asked the owner to fund improvements in exchange for increased rent, we get the improvements, they get more money.
