According to companies house 4 outstanding charges still remain
In particular the Prudential one and JG funding

The JG funding (renamed Rights and Media Funding) debt was repaid from the final broadcasting and merit payment from the Premier League received sometime in May.

The 2 Barclays charges are a standard security over any short term debt usually an overdraft.

The remaining two charges related to the long term debt which according to information I received has been repaid when Moshiri injected cash into Everton last month.

The fact that the charges are still showing as unsatisfied is not unusual - there's no statutory obligation to inform Companies House that the charges have been satisfied.

So in real laymans terms here - does that mean EFC doesn't have any debt anymore?

Thanks mate as always

How long before Farhad Venky has all our players doing an tv advert eating chicken drumsticks?

Come on mate, is there really any need? Seamless takeover without pompous fanfare, boardroom reshuffle, underperforming manager relieved of duties and a serious incentive package offered to secure their number 1 target, commitment to a larger shareholding, capital investment to satisfy debts, change in perception of Everton throughout football, we are clearly making moves for players previously beyond our reach, and it seems that a new stadium in a great site is being explored properly.

What more could you realistically ask for within the first 6 months of new ownership?

Signing someone would be good.
