I reckon it's best to wait until the window closes quietly slams shut and see who we bring in. We may sign a couple of biggies next week for all most of us know.

That would make the current fume level look daft.

Patience lads.
Next week? NEXT WEEK? What about this week

250 million is 250 million more than our last Chairman ploughed into the club.

is correct. but its how it gets used is the key. surely we need quality players , only a couple, but i think we are struggling toi attract the quality needed. transfers concerning us should not take weeks and weeks and weeks to get over the line. the player either wants to come or he doesnt. we arent like a united coming in for you at 100 mill, that would takes weeks of negotiating, understandably.

theres no real reason for our targets to drag their feet. its pretty obvious that high profile players just dont fancy coming here.

Is this the same Everton that for the last 15 years have been bargain basement shopping.
Or haven't missed something within people turning there noses up at 250m.
At least give him a chance we haven't played a single game with him and his new manager in place.

Come on mate, is there really any need? Seamless takeover without pompous fanfare, boardroom reshuffle, underperforming manager relieved of duties and a serious incentive package offered to secure their number 1 target, commitment to a larger shareholding, capital investment to satisfy debts, change in perception of Everton throughout football, we are clearly making moves for players previously beyond our reach, and it seems that a new stadium in a great site is being explored properly.

What more could you realistically ask for within the first 6 months of new ownership?
Exactly. Rome wasn't built in a day. Quietly moshiri is laying the foundations as to how a successful club should be run. Naturally the criticism he had received is because of the lack of signings. This all points to difficulty in enticing top talent here due to lack of European football and the mess Martinez left the club in, not the failure of moshiri to provide the financial backing. I'm sure the dissenters of moshiri will soon pipe down when signings are made.
