Favourite Merseyside Architecture - buildings and monuments

I have attempted to find that out before but have had no luck.

Interesting though. The designer would probably say "it's what you want it to mean".

A blue, neverending loop of confusion and seeming lack of structure.... I think I've cracked its meaning...

Looking further afield but still Merseyside, the Dream in St Helens looks impressive.

Another Place statues.

My sister lives in Waterloo, the only immediate family member living in the city.

Fantastic memories and many more to come hopefully.

Having worked in both, and knowing them inside out, both the Town Hall and St Georges Hall are stunning. Would pick Town Hall out of the two, once you get past its dark history. I left our mark on both making sure the kitchens were coloured blue during their refits
However, the Women's Hospital has always been my favourite building, incredible staff and the work they do is remarkable. I like the blue against the redbrick.

Speke Hall and it’s grounds for me.

It’s just such a special place.

I was born a 10 minute walk from there, it is quite a brilliant place

I used to be fascinated by tenements. When I was a lad we had some family in Cartwright House in Vauxhall and I used to be petrified but very curious when going there. The kids all looked murderous but they had a good community going I think...you'd know best.

The waste chutes stuck in my mind for some reason.

There was a sense of community back then, probably the same as every other working class inner city area.
