Final game at goodison.

It would be 2, 4 or 4 30 on the Sunday, that's Sky's TV slot. They aren't going to go out of their way to create a special slot just for us. I don't have any major issue with it being on the Sunday, I just don't on the Monday either. If the club really want a proper focus on the game it will be Monday night, Sunday kicking off while other games are going on/the second they finish is not a proper focus, from everything we've hear they want it to be the only game.
Ya sky will want to have big pre and post match coverage being the last Goodison game so if it were on a Sunday, a 2pm KO they wouldn't have time to cover it after the game due to the next game kicking off shortly after full time which would mean they wouldn't be able to broadcast the pre match coverage if it was a 4pm or 4.30pm KO either.
Can only see it being a Monday night game imo

Personally I'm going to completely give it a miss, won't be watching or reading anyting. Would love to be there, and will try in the members sale, but the ticket situation means that I almost definitely won't be. I can't face watching it on TV to be honest, it's my own fault for not anticipating the situation and sorting a season ticket for it, but I'd rather see the first one at the new place either way

but the standard kick off for that day is 3pm, all premier league fixtures are set to take place that day as the cup final is saturday

so to have the tv fixtures taking place at a different time it will have to be either 12.30 or 5.30

They don't have to kick off at different times though, it's not a Saturday so there's no blackout. They could show it at 3pm if they wanted to, but they're likely to want to show more than one game, and so have an early and a late one instead. I can't see why they would move away from their standard tried and trusted time slots to do that - if they wanted to show matches at 12 30 and 5 30 on a sunday they could do it every week, but they don't. They only do it on a Saturday because they have to by law.

Arsenal, Brentford, Chelsea, Palace and West Ham are all scheduled at home that week. If none of them have their match rearranged due to playing in the Cup final, it's pretty easy to see some of those games are getting moved to either Friday or Monday for policing purposes.

As everything will be decided by then they might move ours to make an occasion if it. Gonna wait until it's confirmed before making travel arrangements as have been burnt before

Ditto. Monday 19th May 2025. Another on-pitch party three years to the day of THAT game vs Palace.

We will be jubilant as a late screamer from Charly seals a 2-2 draw. Southampton get their first point in 12 games while giving us the extra point needed to finally get out of Ipswichalona's reach before the final day and secure safety.

Win win! (not literally but ya know)....... christ, has the Moshiri era really traumatised me that much?....

they don’t have to but they will. thats become the trend now. have a look at sunday fixtures coming up and even when theres teams playing sunday cos of europe , they kick off at different times to, and dont overlap with the super sunday game

the only time now you’ll have a televised premier league game on at the same time as a non televised game is either a midweek game when there’s obviously only about 30-45 mins difference in time in which they can kick off, or on the last day of the season when they have to all play at once

if every regular game is at 3pm that sunday after the cup final, they will have tv slots that have a buffer time on that that take place when theyre not playing. so it won’t be 2 or 4.30. they might not choose 12.30 and 5.30 like they do for a saturday, might be something completely different like a 6pm ko, but it won’t be 4.30

Their time slots are based on them presenting two games from one place. They won’t have a game at 12 and a game at 6 because then they can’t do that. Their kick off times aren’t random, it’s what works for them not what works for you.
