Financial Fair Play investigation

What absolute nonsense as this season and last we made more money with players leaving than players coming in, so how have we breached the rules?
That's net profit from player trading and doesn't take into account the tremendous book losses we take each year on the massive contracts we have been saddled with.

I don’t think this one is all his fault, it’s the system that‘s the problem. It’s punitive against clubs with lower turnover but wealthy owners, trying to stop them investing in their clubs and competing at the top level.
Moshiri has invested a hell of a lot of money in this club trying to bring us success. His only failing is that he could have appointed a better team around him to deliver his vision.
It is not Moshiri. They found the Arteta money.

Ok , you obviously know more about this than I do , they‘re saying 2021/22 season can you explain how we managed to lose £100 mill last season , my memory is we bought Gray for £1.5 mill , Myko and Patterson for at tops £35 mill , sold Digne for £25 mill and Richie for £65 mill . Even with our high wages how come we lost £100 mill+?
Solehkol on SSN was saying that the figure for year 3 is actually the average for years 3 and 4 because they amended the rules for Covid. So for us this is the average for 20/21 and 21/22. Maybe that is the club's defence, but it seems fairly flimsy.

Im not usually a big fan of prentice but he sounds very confident in that press release.

Only way we get done is by the authorities desperate to punish us over Usmanov's connections.

Im confident Moshiri will sort it out as he has with the hurdles with BMD.
They confidently claimed our CEO got stone cold stunnered so I wouldn't put any credit in what they say.

So I wonder if a part of the overspend was a certain former midfielders nightmare scenario, we couldn't play him, nor sell him, so he sat elsewhere until contract was up. Was he paid and how much? An asset on the books became toxic through no fault of the clubs.
We got compo cash from Real for Carlo, how does this measure against the sacking costs of both slugbert and Frank?
Digne out meant Patterson and Mykolenko in at close to a break even cost?
If the allegation is 600million spent, is that spent flat done, or overspent by 600million?
600million spent + stadium cost at what? 600million again? I'm trying to figure out where these numbers are from and where all this cash has gone.
What needs to happen? sell the naming of every new stand and include it in the stadium title? the Amazon Apple Google Microsoft Arena? 20 year deal. What a mess, Shambles!

so we spent
A Premier League statement confirmed that Everton had been charged under Rule W.82.1, the same rule that Manchester City is alleged to have breached.

“In accordance with Premier League Rule W.82.1, the Premier League confirms that it has today referred an alleged breach of the League’s Profitability and Sustainability Rules by Everton Football Club to a Commission under Premier League Rule W.3.4,” it said. “The assessment period for which it is alleged that the Club is in breach is the period ending Season 2021/22.”

“The proceedings before the Commission will, in accordance with Premier League Rule W.82, be confidential and heard in private. Under Premier League Rule W.82.2, the Commission’s final award will be published on the Premier League’s website. The League will be making no further comment until that time.”
im guessing that is the season where we did a Todd Boely and spent 600 mil on players in one season

oh wait we spent 40 mil and received 46 mil that year
