the lack of transparency may help un in this case, if the EPL see a sanction against us a precedent that they will have to hold themselves to when they look at city, they may choose an easy option sweeping it up under the carpet behind closed doors that will leave them a freer hand when dealing with City. It isnt in their interests to promote a championship that the rules aren't adhered to, it undermines the whole process

They could try.. the PL did clear us last year.. if we were competent we could argue that only irregularities ofter they said that should be looked at.
