Do you mean the ICC? I think it's a domestic court application to dispute jurisdiction.

I think the PL handbook allows a point deduction in principle.

If we get a deduction then it'll be at least 8-10 points.

That’s my fear. The likes of Burnley, Southampton will want to see us hit hard, even if they don’t receive any compensation. I fear they’ll make an example of us. But if they do, god knows what they’ll do to city.

Not imho. Any deduction would have to be proportional to City, our 1 breach against their 100 + trying to hide/ withhold information. If we get that many how many would they have to get?

Still can see it as a fine/transfer ban or a suspended points deduction for a couple of years. Our course correction has put us at the foot of the table, we haven't gained or won anything from any transgression, we've worked with the PL once it became clear we were going to struggle. And on top of that we should have the get out of jail free card that we were going to sell Sigurdsson that year but that all blew up in our face.

Sod a transfer ban. I'd rather the points deduction. Imagine being forced to keep some of our current players for a few more years!

There's no basis for a points deduction. As far as I'm concerned you get them by going into administration and nothing else.

Hope they are not looking to make an "example" of someone because the answer to that is usually Everton. And they know our owners and Chairman, probably won't even be arsed answering any judgement passed.

My fear with this is that we’re insufficiently big enough to warrant much of a media backlash should the punishment be punitive but sufficiently big enough to fire a warning to the other 13 clubs to toe the line.

City will have many charges dropped I'm told.
