If the outcome is severe, we should go all out to damage the PL brand - corruption banners, chants, protests, engage the media - all against the PL.

Absolutely hammer the brand in the media an abroad.

Nice and toxic.

Those protests should start now, IMO.

They can't be allowed to hand out a hefty punishment to us having let off the hook 6 clubs that threatened to end them as an organisation.

They used the 'don't punish the fans' media excuse to get them off the hook then and it won't wash to leave hundreds of thousands of people who support Everton to take the hit one any misdemeanour they themselves oversaw.

Bit of sabre rattling woudlnt be any harm, i suspect its a bit late in the day. If its severe an appeal will be in the offing and that might be the moment - when we have more clarity.

We need to realise just how vulnerable the PL is and how dependent they are on the product to a global market, one club can hurt the institution and all clubs.

Take we as a supporter group - we are on TV vs City, why not picket the ground and protest at kickoff for 30 mins outside, the game gets delayed or played in a empty ground and f's up all the TV channels showing it around the world and there are a lot. City fans might even join us.

Also it will show them up - in terms of being able to manage the league with a regulator in the offing.

There is loads of innovative ways to protest' and hurt the PL.

Dont for a minute think football institutions cant be influenced we saw what happened last weekend as a result of the Mordor Vs Spurs game.

In Ireland it would be the High Court on a point of law - the proceedings were prejudiced by publications that stated the EPL wanted maximum penalty , while the Commission was still deliberating - clearly a breach of sub judice rule.
This is a moot point.
Already been discussed on here by two with legal knowledge.

If we are guilty of the charge , no amount of ‘sabre rattling’ could or should influence the outcome.

Why would the RS want us gone? We haven’t been a threat to them for decades and normally give them nailed on points every season

Other than them having some weirdo fans who would masturbate themselves into oblivion over our misery they would be pretty ambivalent about our status

Makes no sense .. why would they want us gone and then risk losing some of the 6 points a season we give them

All they care about is us being miserable. The only reason they want to even win stuff is to be able to rub it in our faces. They’re completely obsessed with us and it’s unhealthy and disturbing. If they won the treble and we won the league cup, it’d ruin the season for them as we’d have something to be happy about.
