I thought that 12 points is the maximum? If so then no matter how guilty City are they'd get 12 points max.

I dont think there is a maximum - 12 points is what they are suggesting if Everton are found guilty of whatever charge it is that they have thrown upon us. The PL can make up whatever punishment they deem fit including kicking a team out of the league.

Really depends. Of course you won’t appeal if it’s not proven or maybe not if it’s proven and any sanction is insignificant

Written reasons for the decision won’t be issued at time of the imminent announcement and my guess would be till they are Everton and or the PL will just put out holding statements

I think you and I both believe we aint getting a deduction and in all honesty it will still have to go through due process, if the worst case scenario does happen, and that will be an even longer protracted process!
