I suspect this might be someone misinterpreting the rumours that are going round.

A 6 point deduction suspended by 2 years doesn't mean they implement it in two years, it means if we offend again in those 2 years it's implemented.

Leeds, Leicester, Burnley etc would have kittens if a points deduction was implented 2 years from now when their argument is based on the belief it should have happened already.

They stopped themselves when they signed up to the rules of the Premier league, if they wanted to sue anyone it would be the league themselves

They got relegated because they weren't good enough. Not because Everton cheated.

Isn't there some clause/rule/law/thing that PL clubs can't sue each other and Burnley are currently in the PL.

Where’s this rumour of 6 points suspended come from? Also I’ve read that the independent regulators weren’t too pleased or impressed with the PL.

For me that’s contradictory, as that would suggest the independent regulators took our side therefore any punishment is odd.

On the other hand, given the alternative suggested, I’d bite their hand off.

I heard on Twitter we were given +6 points and a £2million bonus due to the oppressive PL stance with us and constant poor refereeing decisions over the same period.
