Which one was that? Clattenburg?Never forget that Moyes had something on a referee that was so damning that he never refereed us for 7 years.
I do think you have some fair points, especially about the doom mongerers.Considering no one has had points deducted for it before, pretty much shows that anyone who views opposite is pretty much picking the negative for a reason.
I’m sure a fair few choose that option in the hope we do just to be proved right, same as the ones who guaranteed relegation for the past two years and we’re saying it will definitely happen this season too.
Yeah...after the Derby.Which one was that? Clattenburg?
I’ve heard, first hand from someone genuinely connected, about this. I can say no more. It's not without precedence.
We were the club hardest hit with the European ban.
We had the first of only 2 players banned for diving even after the commission said that there was contact on Niasse.
We were the victims of a fixed champions league draw, the fact that Moyes said publicly that he believed that the draw was fixed and wasn't himself punished for saying that, as a punishment for Moyes would have led to an investigation.
Then the game itself V Viallareal was obviously fixed.
Then they changed the rules on champions league qualification.
Can't really blame people for thinking the worst.
Are we?...in a court of law?We are guilty.
Rrr ey...ya can't do thatI’ve heard, first hand from someone genuinely connected, about this. I can say no more.

Anyway that’s another story.
We’ll have none of that religious stuff hereWe are guilty.
I know I know but that’s as far as I’m willing to go. And you all know my feelings on ITKs. This isn’t one of them. Anyway, a black car with Sepp Blatter in has pulled up outside, I’ll just get the door….Rrr ey...ya can't do that
Hahahah that's enough for me fellaWe’ll have none of that religious stuff here

Then you would be better off actually saying nothing, instead of saying I can say nothing.I’ve heard, first hand from someone genuinely connected, about this. I can say no more.

Anyway that’s another story.
Defiantly run by Kenny Dalglish and Danny Murphy that website.. pay no attention to it.That Goodison News seem a good set of lads.
Every time I click on NewsNow they are twisting the knife in about 5 stories about us. Prenno getting his own back?
The beeb, prepping for the announcement there.Not that it tells us much we don't already don't know but a piece on the BBC website this morning;
Everton: When will FFP hearing and 777 Partners takeover uncertainties be resolved?
Everton's on-field fortunes look to be improving, but uncertainties off the pitch remain which, once resolved, could have a big impact on the club's future.www.bbc.com
I don’t buy this, personally.
I don’t see what benefit there is to softening up Evertonians for a less severe punishment.
Fans of every other team would be disappointed in a weak punishment after 12 points has been trailed. So you basically end up with all 20 clubs disappointed in the outcome - even if we are somewhat relieved not to have had the full gut punch.
Last month, The Times reported the FFP charge was related to interest payable on loans to build the new stadium.
They must have been told it's coming soon - no other reason to suddenly bring it back to everyone's attentionThe beeb, prepping for the announcement there.
