Sounds like the scene when Brundlefly learns how to eat.When steamed they fall off the bones and have a truly great taste. Very gelatinous. Just not wife friendly when you're hocking the bones out

Just made Lobster bisque with dressed lobster and halibut. Recipe was from masterchef this week, but he used crab and John Dory. Was lovely!
Nearly as good as big sausage pizza!
