How do I get a player to mentor a youngster?
Also, who do you reckon would be best to mentor Ledson in the current crop of Everton CM's?
EDIT: Found it, click on the player, select 'Development' and then select 'Training', and it'll have several names on the bottom right corner who they can mentor.

Key word is potential. In the last game Sterling had immense potential, yet I've never seen him do anything, as it matter how much he plays/gets injured/is coached/etc etc etc.Ross appears to have a lower potential ability than Markovic, James Wilson, Suso, Origi and Shaw.
Plus aren't they all a year younger than Barkley anyway?
I'd say probably McCarthy?
What tactic's everyone playing? Since my game crashed I changed Lukaku's role and he performed about 500 times better...

Yup, but he's not great playing out wide I think. Will have to try it, I've tweaked a tactic to use him as that, but I also need a good creative AMC, and Barkley's injured...
It's like real life then.

When I played against United, I changed from 'Control' to 'Counter' and changed my instructions to be more counter attack based as opposed to the more possession based instructions I play against the standard of teams I'm currently up against. I had 40% of the ball and 6 shots compared to United's 24 but it worked a treat.

Using something a bit more asymmetric, but pretty much identical instructions, and I have the same positions-based tactic as one of my 3 to train, except in all of mine the CF isn't a complete forward, but an advanced forward, cuz Lukaku's lost most the time... However I should probably change it back to CF cuz it leaves Naismith out of the game a lot.
