Qualifying was entertaining. Race will very probably be less so given Verstappen pipping it at the last.

Could be the sedative needed to take the edge off in the build up to the game though so not all bad.

The Monaco G.P. is absolutely the most boring race on the schedule. It is basically a parade. I know it is the "glamour" event of the season, but if I had my way the would dump this event

One killed a fan on about 25 years ago, which is one reason we now have tethers.

Not much to be done about a collision with that much force, though. Thankfully, it missed everybody.

My son and I had a blast watching the chaos. Monaco is boring a lot of years, every once in a while there is a killer pass that wins it, and every once in a while we get nonsense like what happens after a downpour like that one.
