I will be honest and say I wanted Lampard. I still do, however he needs to improve his in game management. The first sub every game for me should be Gordon. I sit in the paddock right on half way line. And game after game Gordon tires and the opposition target it. Today no different the sub should of been made on the 55 min mark. Gordon was again knackered. That corner would of been prevented. Now not saying we would of won and still not lost. But these are the fine margins that are the difference.

You can't really plan effectively when your first choice centre back is out injured, your replacement centre back cries off sick and your third choice centre back gets sent off after 15 minutes, leaving you with only Holgate,who is not the strongest in the air, as your only available centre back for 75 minutes of the game. Add to this,when you throw on another body up front in the last 15 minutes, he manages to get himself sent off.

Everton that? Possibly. Lampard's fault? Probably not.
