As Club Captain, its 100% what he should be doing.

Coleman inside knowledge of Everton, squad, inner workings would be invaluable information for Frank and while I 100% agree Coleman needs phasing out, it's harsh to see this as "snaking"

For what it's worth, he has given his all for the Club but is definitely struggling now but totally not on him that he hasn't properly been covered/replaced etc.
 
How can anyone truly believe that Frank Lampard has gone on record and stated Seamus came into his office and spilled the beans. That kind of information isn't going to broadcast to all and sundry - imagine how that kind of man management (allowing the senior player to influence you, letting everyone else know - and worse the world at large - who is in and who is out.. How would that motivate players?
 
Frank has his work cut out. Tbh, I'm struggling to see him here long term but I hope I'm wrong. This is partially down to the job he has at hand and I still have my doubts about how good he actually is. Our form under him has been very inconsistent. If (when) we lose DCL and Richarldison we'll probably (most likely) struggle to recruit replacements of the same caliber. Let's see how his first window goes. I hope I'm proven wrong.
 


He will have to jib off that back 5. If he doesn’t, then he’s just going to repeat Benitez’ mistakes, leading to the same outcome.
