So you expected him to straight out of the gate know every strength or weakness of the playing staff.

There are not tactics at Everton. Even ancelotti found out the best way to play this lot is sit deep.

I love when people go the lack of motivation. Like you were in the dressing room and witnessed him sucking the motivation out of them. Thats a cliche line from fans desperate to point a finger. First half was a combination of they froze and diabolical individual errors.

He had 4 months to pick a squad off its knees when he walked in. I saw him try everything. Praise them(they didnt deserve). a kick up the arse. Anything to get a reaction from them.
Im old enough now to have seen so many Everton teams and squads. And this is the one i think is possibly the hardest to get anything from.

He's not beyond criticism. Far from it. But im done with this level of stupidity constantly attacking the manager when the personal just isnt there.

Meant personnel. I hate writing personal when i meant personnel.
Could have left it. But it bugged me.

The same personal were in the top 6 for most of Carlo last season so while its not the greatest , the level of passing the buck excuses just doesn't wash.
One would presume on getting a top job and them seeing they have struggled that he might go back and watch our games to see our strengths and weakness, If he didn't he is an idiot.
If you want to bury your head over his many mistakes then I hope you won't be surprised if e struggle

Yeah and the same personnel were sh!te under benitez. Whats your point. This ancelotti comparison is getting tired. Its was a season behind closed doors where we nicked more away wins than we usually do. And even then we got battered at home by the likes of burnley and fulham.
It fizzled out in the end even under one of the greatest managers of all time who was struggling to get performances out of them.
Can we stop with the they were great players under ancelotti bullsh!t

The same personnel with James, Digne, Siggy, Bernard. Lots of creativity. 3 of which, that the manager before Frank got rid of.

Im really not sure what you wanted to hear?
I'd rather see action from the club rather than waffly words of cuddly nothingness from the one and only individual at Everton that the majority of people are currently well disposed towards. But fair play to the club: they know there is a market for this vacuous feel-good blather, and - best of all - it's effectively free. Let's stick fan-friendly Frank front and centre in the absence of genuine fan engagement from the top.

If the club must release interviews with the staff, perhaps Farhad Moshiri would like to reveal how he intends to replace the Usmanov funding and what his concrete plans are for the club over the coming season.

On second thoughts, let's not bother. "Good ebenig, Jim!"

I get that mate, hence me not even bothering to watch it.
