Player Valuation: £40m
When Carlo tried to play out against the lower teams, we lost. Parked the bus against the mid and top tier teams, got results. This squad is turbo gash.

Don't really see it happening for him, he will have morphed into his father by the end of this season. I reckon he might hate the owner and board more than us too by the end ?….hoping he’s learned from last season but I have my doubts.
A system needs to fit the players you have at your disposal. If you want to change the method of play, you have to transition with new players that fit the strategy.
i fear for his future, I hope we can hang in there safely so he can develop.
Yes but Keane Davies Rondon will still be there, what does Silva do then ?Would take Marco Silva back tomorrow
….hoping he’s learned from last season but I have my doubts.

Mourinho did that all the time in his heydayThere's also the serious chance he's playing his system in these games as a 'look I need the players to do it' message to give impetus to bringing players in mate.
Play a high line with Keane - gets exposed - ' this is why I need a cb who can cover behind with pace'
Play what we have in a number 6 - can't do it - gets exposed 'this is why I need that type of player'
So on and so forth.
Current state of transfers I think secretly Lampard will be happier we got trounced than if we'd had a day where half them turned up and we won 2-0, as it'd have had Bill etc going 'everythings fine'
I'm all in favor of him leaving of his own accord after 5 games. Really point the finger at the inept, overpaid morons on the board.I’m in no way sold on Frank Lampard but up to now the blokes received absolutely no backing and I really don’t see that changing much.
I feel for the man.
Surely it's not got to loosing in preseason for this circus to realise the squad needs strengthening, I mean does last season not act as a warning plus losing our best player ?There's also the serious chance he's playing his system in these games as a 'look I need the players to do it' message to give impetus to bringing players in mate.

I just get the feeling anybody who joins Everton be them playing or management staff gets sold the biggest bottle of snake oil from the la la land boardI'm all in favor of him leaving of his own accord after 5 games. Really point the finger at the inept, overpaid morons on the board.
The squad is clearly unmanageable at this point. Ancelotti and benitez couldn’t manage it…doubt Lampard will either.Don't really see it happening for him, he will have morphed into his father by the end of this season. I reckon he might hate the owner and board more than us too by the end ?
