Why? He got us saved from relegation. Before he got a somewhat sketchy and thin cv but he will get credited for us staying up even if some results where very lucky. Its the road ahead that will damage him. A few more games with Keane and his owngoal specialism, that might get him to strugle for another job.
Playoffs, top4 and fa cup final, that’s hardly sketchy before he came here.
His CV is better than he got credit for.
I dont think he’s as well loved by the media at all, he’s got a lot more Stick than others have.
If he fails here Incan see him in America,

Whatever happens with Frank, I will always have a soft spot for him. My brother started taking me to the match back in 1962, he had started going in 1955, he always said that neither of us had ever seen Everton play outside of the top division. Our kid passed away a couple of weeks ago and, thanks to Frank, he never did have to see us outside the top division. If I live much longer, I'm not convinced I will be able to say the same.

i'm obviously not going to convince the lampard LOVE-IN.

kept us up by luck rather than judgement.

going to show some humility while it all pans out.

What was it, 6/7 years in the Prem with a side that spent very little?!?

That must be one of the slowest 'suicides' I've seen since the missus forced me to watch Emmerdale. Or was it Eastenders.
Personal preference.
I would like to see an Everton side at least attempt to play football.
Burnley employed dour football under Dyche and still went down, it was just failure in slow motion.
Not for me I’m afraid, I’ve already endured Allardyce and Benitez if Dyche ever arrives here , I’m done.

Agree with you, I don't want to see Dyche here either; I was merely pointing at I think he did a very good job at Burnley for so long given their remit was to pretty much just stay in the league for little spend. For the functional job he was asked to do, a good manager.

For us going forward, Big Sam 2.0

Horses for courses.

Don't we still have a manager? People talking here like we've sacked Lampard.

People talking like he's "going to walk" any day now because we don't have £79823863m to spend or haven't signed eleventyfive hundreds players with 40 days of the window to go.

If Frank isn't here come the last game of the season I'll eat my hat. (unless of course we in the bottom 3 at xmas, then it's curtains and Welcome Big Sean)
