The awful result down south was due to the players no question of that. However our predicament is down to FSW for me no question of that. Some may disagree but I also point to certain players being forced out by FSW to the detriment of the club. Digne, boy we could have done with him now playing under Frank. Bernard could also of been useful to still have him. But the big one was James being forced out, boy we could have done with his skills at MF.

From James.

Al Rayyan midfielder James Rodriguez says he never wanted to leave Everton.
James was sold by Everton to Al Rayyan after failing to convince then Everton manager Rafael Benitez.
Asked about his situation, James lamented: "I wanted to stay at Everton a lot longer.
"This is an impressive club, they have amazing fans, but I ran into a manager who did not count on me. I wanted to be there."
James originally joined Everton from Real Madrid in 2020 on a free transfer.

From Richie

Everton striker Richarlison has hit out at former manager Rafael Benitez over the sales of James Rodriguez and Lucas Digne.
Speaking with TNT, Richarlison says Everton's players were disappointed with James' departure for Al Rayyan.
He said, "It also weighed a bit on the group. We know of the quality of James. Also of Digne, whom we finished up losing. So it weighs, it weighs. Like it or not, it weighs on the group.
"We had a tight group and we ended up losing two important players.
"When I arrived from the Olympic Games, I was even surprised by how much he (James) ran and dedicated himself to training, training well. And out of nowhere, the coach (Rafael Benítez) said that he no longer wanted him (James). And no one understood anything."
Richarlison added: "We had everything to reach the Europa League or the Champions League, but we lose players easily. We also lose players due to injury. That ends up making the competition difficult."

Doubtful whether James could have been relied upon him but not being picked for Copa America was a huge kick up the backside for James and we should have been able to channel that. Richarlison saying he was training well shows that it wasn't his attitude in training that caused Benitez to get rid.

He's won 2 in 4 - hardly disastrous when you take over a side who had won 1 in 15.

Frank's remit this season is 17th or better, to get us out of the mess Benitez put us in.

So Frank's remit is to avoid relegation. Rafael's remit was to finish top 8. Double standards here.

Frank has 1 in 3 in the league, it will likely be 1 in 4 soon, he has the easiest FA Cup draw, then we have difficult matches in Spurs and Wolves..

I can easily see Frank going 1 in 8 and relegated.
