6 years of age when Catterick won the league in 1970
58 years of age now.
Obviously you dont know that the current retirement age is 67.
Obviously maths is not your greatest subject, need to brush up on your homework kid
Well Johnny, I didn’t know how old you were when you watched Cattericks team?? So without that I was guessing.

Actually, maths is a strong point of mine. I can count to 10 without using my fingers.

Now stop hating Frank Lampard and pining for Sam Allardyce

Can we please put an end to this utter nonsense statement, fed up of hearing it.
Being a serial winner as a player means nothing when it comes to management.
So was Koeman, Gullit, Lawrenson, the F*** Nevilles etccc.
Great players have never been great managers, just like the best managers were never great players.
Ferguson = Crap Player
Morinho= A third division portuguese goalkeeper
Bob Paisley = Played non league for Bishop Auckland
Spot on.

Fans automatically think because they were amazing players they’re or will become fantastic managers.

Do your own research.
We will still be stuck with Mina, Coleman, Davies, Allan until 2023
Gomes, Gabmin, Iwobi, Doucoure until 2024..

Try telling these players to just " do one "
A bit of self awareness wouldn't go amiss. The transfer window opens in weeks so we're not 'stuck' with anyone, it boils down to how much of a hit we can take on them, because these are raking up some trash on a blance sheet and are depreciating by the day.

The more important point is that a fantastic manager isn't going to come to Everton while we are a basket case of a club. We have to stick with Lampard and see if he makes it, because there's nobody in their right mind coming here.

Transfer list, Loan, or cancel their contracts.

Arsenal did it with a number of their players

In his short time here, I think he has been more than fair with players and at times trusted them with more than they can cope with which has led to most of his defeats.

Ultimately he has called out players mentally today asking if they have the fight or balls. He has protected his defence so much with the switching of formation and players, that for me it's having a more negative effect. I have said in the past few weeks, he needs to understand we can't play 3 man defence because our defenders haven't the intellectual properties or time to train in it. I know why Lampard continues with it because they are shitê and our complete lack of defensive midfielders.

Lampard has 2 weeks to drill these players and he has to:

1 - Four At The Back

Long term yeah go for a 3 after this season and you buy 2 new defenders but today, scrap it play flat back 4 with no wing backs and just work on defending crosses, set-pieces and offsides basically back to the very basics.

2 - Mentally Challenge the Challenged

We need a sport psychologist ASAP too because they can't seem to find an extra gear to get to a semi final which screams that they are weak as pîss. Look at Pickford, 2 years ago he was nearly dead and buried as our keeper. Carlo recognised this, the player saw a specialist and he has been consistently one of our better players.

I look at Godfrey, Keane, Gomes etc they are very much confidence players but as Lampard says you can't keep buttering these players up.

3 - Intergrade Dele

When do you start using Dele especially with Allan out for 2 games. 2 weeks of him training with DCL, Van de Beek, Doucoure. He has to step up. I don't think him being cup tied helped because he would've played more but he needs minutes and with his ability, we have to start using it.

4 - Bin Zonal and work on Set Pieces

From the start of the season, Benitez has totally ripped up the strong set pieces set up with had under Carlo and it been the catalyst of our relegation form. For everything Alan Kelly does, he isn't a patch on Davide Ancelotti. He nailed how wañk our defence was but stopped teams getting free header every single game.

It needs fixing now. All this enjoy the ball is useless if the daft twots are giving players a free run 6 yards out.

OPERATION INTERGRADE DELE

Everton have been relegated

…I have to say, it’s a concern if he thinks all the tangibles (selection, organisation, tactics) are fine. If he genuinely doesn’t realise he’s making mistakes then we’re doomed.
You are right but the players have to take some responsibility The moment 1st attack in our half they score off a set piece. We had been well on top before, then after that we give them the belief but where was ours. Talk is cheap and maybe the only way out of this mess is Allardyce tactics but we require a long term plan and an identity. The fear in our back 5 on the ball is frightening. You could argue Braithwaite is too casual but at least he plays the ball positively without fear. The 2nd Goal Keane should have committed himself but was scared of getting skinned so he put the responsibility on the next man. That is happening all over the park. I don’t think they where 4-0 better but the sad thing is we looked beaten before half time. I’m all for encouragement and positivity but this team need the stick now not the carrot. It worked for Fergie. Lampard had made mistakes but Ive had enough of manager changes and I think he will get us playing the right way given time. I’m also confident we will stay up call me deluded but he will not be scared to make some big changes in the summer.

He will speak privately with all the playes id imagine. And certain players will know he isn’t taking about them.

That might be end of Kenny, Gomes, one of Keane & Holgate. Mina hopefully back soon.

Some players back from injury like DCL & Gray will probably get a pass that they don’t deserve. I think Lampard will definitely make sure the players he needs will be on side
The players he needs will already know. Like any workplace the bluffers will have convinced themselves others have their back but no one will care when they get binned off.
Look how they ( the players) back iwobi and try to boost his confidence or Pickford's during his slump. Never see that for Gomes or Keane.

We are definitely not in the financial position to be cancelling players contracts, we would have to pay them off and any potential transfer fee we could have got goes with it.
