Ancellotti, Benitez and now Lampard, all have the same thing in common.
Sold themselves to Moshiri as the big "I am" claiming what they didnt know about footballers wasnt worth knowing.
Then when there deficiencies as mangers are highlighted, blame it on crap players

Inappropriate Language
I vote for you to be the next manager. Bring all your 118 staff and we'll split them up into all the different roles at FF and Goodison Park.
Well said, so we can’t bollock anyone anymore, he has put a good back room staff together he is trying to find a formula for such an unbalanced squad. The press are after his blood. I’m a pretty mild mannered Person snd try to look at things objectively but if they had represented me today I would find it hard not to lose my [Poor language removed] With them and any parasite from the press to be fair. He’s a manager but he’s a human being too.

So who would you like to see Johnny.

Sam Allardyce, Steve Bruce or maybe Sean Dyche?

Yeah, it's all 6 managers fault isn't it. Nothing to do with the players.

Another firefighter, who would have us fighting for 15th place every season and saying thats all we deserve. I have to admit though that might be a bit unfair on Dyche
Sean Dyche is a bad manager, mate. He’s done well at Burnley but he’s not, and never will be, a manager to take on a bigger club.

I watched them last week against Brentford, I’ve seen Sunday league footy player a better standard

It is the players, that’s why Carlo, the Fat Spansh Chunt & Frank have said it. It’s pretty much the only thing that fat Spanish turd was right about whilst here - the players are crap.

If you go the game or even watch, it’s clear it’s the players.

They are so fragile, its unreal. Truly forest or Middlesbrough would have knocked us out of the cup based on there displays.

Tactically it’s irrelevant these players can’t execute the basics and are absolute failures.

Frank needs to be given 2 years minimum - where ever we are we are. The club needs some one to rid it of this horrible mentality. Constantly changing the manager will not allow this. The owner has picked Lampard, he has to stick with him now ride the waves out. Better times will come of that there’s no doubt. But we have to stick with the manager, not the players.

Sure about that ?
