….absolutely, I did quite well myself in a command structure but I never doubted I was only as good as the folk who worked for me.

Lampard will make key decisions, he’ll select teams and manage games on his football instinct, he’ll man manage players to play without fear, to play with belief and get the best out individuals but he knows so much is down to his assistant, first team coach and DoF,

I think having Paul Clement will be a big influence. Rubbish manager but his coaching record is great
