Why bother having Dele on the bench if you don’t bring him on when we are losing?
Hes not going to be brought on if we were winning to shore up the midfield
Ok maybe he can’t play van den Beek and Adele in the same team but vdb was injured
He only made 1 substitution all game
Cant work that one out

We had Allardyce, he sleptwalked to a league position instead of trying to do something to exceed his reputation

Well, the Allan one was an utter farce so I'm not having it as an example of poor discipline
 

I would have hoped for some fresh legs in the last 15 minutes to help with the Keane reduction. Seemed obvious to me with Dele and Price on the bench. We lost anyway - couldn't have made it worse.

Why bother bringing Dele in in the first place?

The fans never want to admit they are part of the problem.

Frank is the classic case of someone who got a big job due to who he is. So the board think "ex-Chelsea manager" is a good PR line and appoint a woefully underprepared coach.

The board were going to appoint Pereira before the fans intervened. Not saying that would have been the right choice either but it’s easy to say in hindsight that x or y was the right choice. Most fans wanted a young progressive manager. That’s who the board hired.

My view remains that we could have got Guardiola Fergie and Sacchi dream team in here and it still wouldn’t bring results as these players are completely useless.
