Any manager worth their salt can set up a team, even with thicko players. The distances between the players is awful. No tactics here at all. Bin the guy who is paid to take repsonsbiltiy for setting up the team

Frank Lampard has a skeleton bare squad which effectively picks itself.

If we are going down better to sack him now and employ someone who knows how to get a team promoted, because it isn't him.
