2021/22 Frank Lampard

Not really needed though - I mean, our players have only just been called bottlers by their own manager.

You'd hope players would react to the insult and try and send them down after that.
Exactly, but dyche has got their card marked same as Frank - zero professional pride or bottle throughout the majority of the squad.

I’ll be surprised if we see a reaction sadly (hope I’m wrong!) - they have hardly done anything since frank said they were all eunuchs.

I think he is great but I believe a more experienced manager would’ve got us at least the draw yesterday and at least a draw against West Ham. His in game management is poor but there’s no excuse for those spineless players to keep underperforming. We must beat Man United.

Leave everything on the [Poor language removed] pitch.

I cannot believe some people actually think Vitor Pereira was the answer to getting a tune out of these horrible rats. They would’ve thrown him under the bus quicker than they did Lampard. Not a chance they’d respect him.
At this point its pretty safe to assume that a dead rat could have done a better job than Lampard.

And the fans made it so toxic it was detrimental to everything. The fans threatened more of the same over Perreira so he clearly felt he had no choice.

The fans brought Lampard in.
Is that by clapping him and supporting him; a small minority like myself wanted nothing to do with him

But don’t change history to suit an agenda, you look like a tit

As I said earlier. Maybe he said that. OK. But that wasn't him just being honest about what was said in dressing room. That is a mind game. He has us in his target. We are thier rival for survival. That was a direct message to everton about the race. Straight through Sky.

All people are taking from that is 'see see, even Dyche knows we are crap'.

It's more than that. He is laying the seeds in a mind game battle.
I am almost certain he never said it yeno.

Reckon he's chatting absolute wham

Keane got sent off, Iwobi lost the ball. Godfrey sliced a clearance to the opposition player.

No amount of experience prepares you for that with minutes from getting draws away from home.

Can you imagine Allardyce though if he came back, he would have that bloody smug grin on his face and he would be giving it loads to the media about how he is coming in to "save the day" I don't know if I could stomach it tbh
If it meant staying up I'm sure most of us would accept it and give him time this time around.

I've convinced myself now that Moshiri will sack Lampard. Rumour is he's flying into England now. If its not before United then after but I think it'll be before and maybe Dunc takes the United and Chelsea games at home.

Lampards replacement be it Sam or someone else only needs to win these games below. Pick up a few draws and points elsewhere then great these 3 matter most and they're winnable. That'll be Moshiri and the DoFs thought process too imo.

Dyche wants to survive. He will take a .00001 percent advantage in the race.

What had me scratching my head was why do you need to tell the players at half time that Everton don't really win. Would have thought it was evident in thier weeks preparations. Or if they watched MOTD. Almost sounds like a crap team HT team talk when you think about it.

He saw the sky mic and sent out the message. He wouldn't disrespect Everton like that if they were 10th and we were where we are.

Problem with sacking Frank is I hold no trust whatsoever in Moshiri bringing someone in. Especially given he will probably be influenced by one of his dodgy money laundering agent mates.
My gut feeling is that it'll be Nuno. Thilwell is here and if we didn't pick up 3 more wins and go down Nuno has experience with winning the championship. If not him then Sam. Not sure who else it could be tbh

If he did say it. He wouldn't have said it to sky.

Its bad taste to talk in your post match victory and say 'ye told the lads these just can't win games'... how bad taste would that be if burnely was 10th and we were fighting for survival. It was a mind game. And fareplay.

Cause I think Dyche is a nice guy. But willing to do that for Burnley.

I could live with that tbh, I know it all went a bit meh at the end but for a few seasons Wolves looked a pretty decent team under Nuno.
