As a fan base we really have become one of the worst.

very true, but it did work with Ancelotti for a while there - where we were hard to beat, but we also found it hard to score.

I think thats the problem, Ancelotti is an Italian, he has an Italian approach, do not concede, he is also one of the top coaches in football. If the best he can manage with this shower is 10th and horrible football, what chance does anyone else have.

Well the Burnley attack comes as a direct result of JJK trying a shot from 30 yards mate. Burnley block it, punt it up the other end, Pickford is forced into a hashed clearance and then the throw, JJK gets done, Godfrey then skews the clearance. Lampard should have taken Kenny off because he got skinned for the 2nd goal and Burnley just kept attacking down that side from then on in.

100% he should have been hooked after the 2nd

Problem was Toff, Holgate should have been hooked, Doucoure was dreadful, Iwobi was dead on his feet, DCL should have been hooked. Most important game in years and about 6 of them should have been taken off.

He really should have used the subs far quicker thats for sure though.

Hmmm... If Godfrey doesn't make an inexplicable error then the danger is cut out at source.

Equally for goal 2, DCL doesn't pull out of making a challenge and the damage is cut out at source

I see it as a lack of responsibility. Everyone happy to leave it to others.

Honestly, I'm not sure how many of our players will be bothered if we go down - would they actually feel the weight of shame? Would it be a meek show?

I remember getting relegated as a Saturday league player and we were crestfallen - fluffin' embarrassed. These lot will blame someone else or just move on.

Deffo. Any manager, however experienced, is reliant on their players, and some of ours are an absolute liability.

It wasn't pretty, dear god it was dreadful to watch, but then since.....well I can't actually remember when we played sexy football let alone go on a winning streak Don't get me wrong I don't want Frank gone, If he does however get the axe, the only manager I would take over him to sort out our defence is Allerdyce. Don't care he drinks Gravy, is fat or doesn't suit our billionaire lifestyle. I don't see any other manager with such little time to turn this shi....shower out.

West Brom were six points from safety when Allardyce was appointed; I forget exactly when, but I believe it was before the half way point. He had no interest in Everton when he was our manager and I doubt if Alex Ferguson at his peak could make the shower of weaklings and mercenaries currently disgracing our club look like a proper team.
