2021/22 Frank Lampard

Frank needs to work his substitution issues, maybe its due to lack of confidence in the bench but you can't go over 70 minutes without implementing a sub especially you're trying to alter the course of the game.

Say when Frank came in this was the beginning of the season, after the amount of game he has had and failed in I reckon many would be shouting for him to go, now reality it’s bearing the end of the season and bare in mind a manager keeping his job depends on points he gets, Frank has been in the main poor, I’m thinking the UTD game should be his final one if he loses it, we just can’t carry on like this.
You can’t sack another manager that’s ridiculous. Who is going to change much in 8 game. More upheaval across the whole club new coaches and maybe a new system.

We just have to go with it imo

West Brom ??? They were down already. Allerdyce got us from trouble to 8th. It wasn't pretty, dear god it was dreadful to watch, but then since.....well I can't actually remember when we played sexy football let alone go on a winning streak Don't get me wrong I don't want Frank gone, If he does however get the axe, the only manager I would take over him to sort out our defence is Allerdyce. Don't care he drinks Gravy, is fat or doesn't suit our billionaire lifestyle. I don't see any other manager with such little time to turn this shi....shower out.
I agree he’s the only one that jumps out to me that could save us. TBH Im surprised Frank is still here he’s been as bad if not worse than Benitez, I like Frank but he’s desperately out of his depth here.

He would have actually have benefitted from Lampards more attacking style I think and got forward.

Benitez just wanted full backs to sit back as far as I could see and misused Digne.
I still don’t really think he’s looked all that for a couple of years, I wasn’t bothered when he went, just a pity a few others didn’t get sold at the same time and we invested in players that look like they can be bothered.

Again hindsight is a wonderful thing.

I think he felt with 20 to go we couid still win and I don’t think he believes this group wouid have held out for a draw if they would have tried to park the bus.

I presume Coleman and delph weren’t right,
Why on the bench? What else could he have done. Had he took DCL and Richarlison off for El Ghazi and Rondon and we’d still lost he would have got destroyed. I think he kept DCL for his height at set pieces

He needs to use a fair few of the bench warmers, because the ones that are playing are offering very little. Give Alli,Ghazi Rondon more game time put it this way Rondon and Ghazi could do much worse than Gray and DCL have done lately.

Rafael started this and Frank has been dealt a bad hand, ridiculous luck with injuries and var decisions have gone against him. And of course players making mistakes.

Big sam won’t be getting the Everton job again ffs ?‍♂️

There's no good solution, but sticking with the manager come what may, and making sure these players are held accountable come what may, is the least bad option in my mind.

I don't see any new manager getting more out of these players. If they can't be arsed now, then why would they be arsed with a caretaker here for 6 or 7 games, or any other new appointment. The idea of them getting another chance to try and fool another manager makes me feel a bit sick.
What does it matter who is held accountable and held accountable by whom? What sort of prehistoric suggestion is this. If we go down it would be devastating for the club both morally and financially.

The only thing that matters is staying up and Frank is taking us down. Its pretty obvious. Look at the stats, the results. It's worse than benitez with better players available. He simply has to go and be replaced by a practical manager who will give us a chance. Sam seems the best option because he's proven and he's worked at the club before so it won't take him too long to transition in.

Can I remind you that Lampard is our Manager. Do you know what the role of a manager is?? Clearly not. To say he has no part in this run of games under his leadership is ridiculous. The world has gone mad.
I thought Big Sam was still the manager but I've been out the country for a few years

Not my fault what do you expect me
To do in 8 games
Ha ha, hasn't that basically been Frank's mantra all along?

Blame the fella before me.

What have we to gain? Ooh, I'd say a sliver of hope - because with Frank we have none. The jig is up. It's really only a question of whether we accept our fate under this failed manager, or take one last desperate punt on the off-chance somebody else can get some kind of bounce.

I've accepted after last night that we will be relegated. People say the fans have to get behind the side, but it's hopeless under Frank. Time for us to write it all off now and mentally distance ourselves from this trauma. But a bit of hope could spark those of us who have been taken for a ride for too long and now have enough of guff like "keep the faith" when it is as clear as day that the PR con man currently in situ is a clueless chancer.

What have we got to gain? A tiny sliver of hope. It might be all we can now muster.
