But they aren’t playing for Frank so Imo it’s worth a go getting someone else in, Man Utd game is massive if we don’t at least get a point I can’t see him staying.
Then the players win again and will continue to, it’s high time that we stick with a manager and get rid of the toxic squad

So we just sit back and accept the seemingly inevitable? Moshiri doesn’t have form for that, in fact he knee jerks so hard far too early. I am pretty sure on Saturday afternoon frank will be out of a job anyway.
And that’s why we have had so many managerial changes, because he’s an idiot and modern fans have the attention spans of gnats.

While Digne wasn't perfect and had been below par, he is defensively better than Mykolenko, with far more experience; offensively, he offers a lot more too.

I'm not going to say we're comfortably safe due to him alone, but I do suspect we'd likely be in a more comfortable position,

I appreciate your point, however you can have professional pride and not be a fan or too emotionally connected - they're not mutually exclusive.

Back to the Saturday league analogy - it was a team I played for to stay fit and a bit of fun. Yet, the humiliation of going down was very uncomfortable.

Away from sport, if I do a bad job in my line of work, I feel it; it's pride of achieving; it's the mentality of doing the best we can.

It may merely be their job, but they've done a rubbish job at it.
Hence the quotes. Think we'd be about 13-15th with Digne. But not one fn point above the drop.

They aren't playing for Frank? We should have just walked away with 4 points and thays without even playing in top gear but individual mistakes have killed us. Just like they did against Palace, just like they did for the 1st 2 goals against Spurs.

There's a reoccurring theme....the players are crap.
They were good enough to get 59 points last season.

All the managers that Moshiri has sacked were totally lost or broken men at the end (Apart from Big Sam, he did the job he came into do) tbh he was harsh on Big Sam but the rest all deserved to be sacked they had been woeful for months before.

Yep, under Ancelotti and then through the towel in with 12 games to go. Look at form tail end of last season. This squad is a shambles of overpaid, underperforming knobheads. Mix that into hiring a manager like Benitez, minus the goals of Rodriguez, minus the goals of Gylfi, no replacement for either, no DCL fir a huge chunk of the season and you end up where we are.

The moment the transfer window is shut then the manager's job is to improve what he has. To improve the players he has and to implement a strategy that makes the team better than the sum of the parts. Something Lampard has failed completely at.

Bare in mind Ancelotti had the covid season, we did well away, but that was only because the home team had no fans, Ancelotti had an easy season to be here.

He looked broken tbh. He was absolutely not expecting us to lose the last two games.
He does he has that W. Smith look of despair on him now, nice guy wrong time just. It hasnt worked out. We don't win on Saturday he'll have to go we cant just watch us slide into the championship. We'll have to gamble late in the season like we did in 2002 - No faith in those who'll be doing the appointing though.

He's had 9 games.
We've won 2.

We won 1 in 14 under Benitez.

See the familiar pattern?
