well he wasn't

i would have taken dcl off on 60 mins and brought on rondon

to be honest i wouldn't have even started DCL
Well if you think bringing Rondon today would have helped, I really can't debate this. He can't run, can't press and would have been like a fish out of water in that last 30 minutes today.

Thank god Lampard made the subs and not you. As to DCL, I wouldn't have started him either, but, I'd have played Richarlison centre forward not Rondon.

For me the key was the left, with myko and richy overloading wan bissaka. The minute dcl went off and richy centre, that threat was gone with Gray unable to even remotely come close to the same effect. I valua richy much more as the troublemaker than a goal scorer per se. Him and myko have a bright future there.

you just described DCL today

Leicester will be the first game in the Premier we have back to back at home since Frank has been in charge. The Away form has been dire in the next game. I think it is crucial to get a result against Leicester, that will bode well for away games to come.
this x100. If we can perform against a dangerous, tough and quality Leics team like we did today, it's a good sign. Get two wins back to back and we can start to call it momentum. Crumble, collapse and wilt under the pressure and lose 3-0 like a bunch of amateurs n strangers, and today is nothing more than a one off. Huge game. Gotta be right at it and right up for it.

rondon can move and is more of a threat than DCL

its a myth he can't move

he scored some good goals v palace and boreham wood

even in the other games where he didn't score he's held the ball up well

They were tap ins from about 3 yards, against part timers weren't they?

I'm not sure what our record is with Rondon, but cant remember us winning a game he's started, there's a reason for that. I'm not sure he;s the answer at all.
