Leicester is critical if we get that win at home it will help us as our next few will be tough. I think we as fans need to support Frank yes he has his naiveties tactically at times which is natural for a fairly new coach. But he is fire fighting to get us safe the deeper issues at the club are greater than any one coach its been proven over and over.

Thing is, he isn't playing as a number 10 at the moment, he's playing pretty much as a number 8, which gives him the opportunity to drive forward with the ball, something he is well capable of doing. He brings to the team, pretty much what Doucoure did before his injury, power and mobility to our weak static midfield. At the moment Iwobi is performing better in that role than Doucoure, who has not looked the same player since coming back. In fairness to Iwobi, he's probably also a technically better player than Doucoure.
Agree he is driving from deeper and seems to be alive with confidence of late, now he is constantly involved. It's not surprising Frank knows how to get a tune out of midfielders I think having a Delph or a proper DM makes a world of difference too. We need to find a DM for next season.

We are still not out of trouble... far from it.
One thing is clear however, the players certainly seem to giving their all for the new manager.

I am sure there are a couple who may feel excluded (possibly Holgate and Gomes) but generally it seems like a happy camp.
Holgate's played every game under FL apart from the other day v Man Utd.

Not through choice like but doubt he feels excluded.

Stand by that people slating him on here and social media over the previous week were just being complete freaks - and mostly it was on twitter and there's some people on there particularly who just never wanted him so won't let it go.

All of the performances over the last week were enough to get more than 3 points. We should have gone unbeaten in all of them and the fact that we didn't, while Lampard made mistakes with poor subs (or no subs), was on stupid, basic errors made by the players who have made similar under successive managers.

There's work to do and he's far from perfect. His subs away from home aren't helping us get over that form but at home he's onto something. They just need to make sure the same urgency is there in every single home game.

We need another 9 points IMO and if we can beat Leicester we're within touching distance.

He had made some mistakes but who wouldn't in this situation?

I really like his enthusiasm and trying to instill some commitment and passion. That alone isn't enough when the quality and consistency isn't there and that's his problem to address with time.

Hopefully we manage to get safe and he can continue his work. We can't look beyond the end of the season.

He has been played but in different positions including midfield and gets left out as soon as we get some players back, maybe excluded isn't the right word but I certainly think he is a player that will be leaving in the next window.
