And you're the same as Chris. You haven't the maturity level to accept that someone has a difference of opinion to yourself hence why you follow me around the forum 24/7 (wasting your own time in doing so).

@4737carlin and I for example disagree completely on Bill Kenwright - and thats cool you dont see me trying to trip him up or finger his posts or whatever other schoolyard antics you like to engage in. :coffee:

I mean that’s hard not to do when you’re in every single thread spamming us all.

Erm, didn't you go through maccavennie's posting history fingering dozens upon dozens of his posts?

Edit: Might have been Spadge actually...

Think we can all say Lampard hasn't been incredible. I'm far from convinced he was the right manager for where we were. I am however convinced he was the best of the final list of candidates given how late Everton left it to a) sack Benitez and b) get a replacement in.

They wasted two weeks of the transfer window because Moshiri wanted to show fans he wasn't making a 'rushed' decision.

The transfer window of 2020 under Ancelotti was an understated shocker. Basically a complete roll of the dice on getting top 4 that one season. All of our signings were terrible for varying reasons.
All the signings we made, even James, did improve us though. Under Carlo Godfrey looked like one of the hottest prospects in the league, highlighted by his England call-up.

We could never afford James, that’s why it was a terrible signing. Godfrey never looked good at centre back, even under Ancelotti. Michael Keane has had England call ups before, it means very little.

Carlo had all the defenders sat back in a line holding position and just simply doing the very basics and nothing else, even Keane looked good in that setup. Godfrey has since obviously had a bad bout of Covid and when asked to do any other type of defensive work he seems to struggle a bit.

That two lined defensive set piece set up got better stats than any we've had since aswell, wonder if he still does that at Real

Our set pieces improved loads as its something Davide specialised in, I think its something we need now (a set piece coach) most of the big teams have someone focused just on this area.

Watching the film '300' - 300 Spartans against an army of more than 300,000 soldiers. A bit like @ForeverBlue92 at the moment :D
Is this who we’re thinking of from 300??
