Yes there was a reaction from the players but it's nice to see what Lampard is actually trying to do & how it has already changed the same group of players. I think the players enjoyed that too. Massively helps the players buy in to a new way of playing & properly run with it.
Also great that Tosun & Iwobi did positive things albeit for a short time. No harm in that at all for squad morale. Gray assist, Allan assist, Iwobi assist, Mina goal, Richy goal, Holtgate goal, Townsend goal. That is a big chunk of players feeling good going into a massive game against the Barcodes.

Agree but also disagree. This was a real test to see what he could do with the EXACT same squad as the FSW and Frankie passed with flying colours.

Hopefully Dele & DVB feature against Newcastle.

True was a good test today to see how he did with the old team, real test is seeing how he does with his real team or at least part of what his real team will eventually become

Massive - especially with Godfrey likely out for a while now. Wrap him up in cotton wool as I think our future depends on it…going into a relegation scrap with Keane/Holgate/Branthwaite would be worrying.

Like i said @Eggs 7-9pts from the next 3 games.

No doubt harder fixtures than todsy but Lampard will know more about the players and we will be on a high.
