It seems to me that the players like playing for him, and that is a massive plus. He’s straight talking, calls a spade a spade and will challenge the powers that be. He obviously understands football, club dynamics and all that other stuff so why would we consider parting company. Here for the long haul hopefully.
I think that will be Thelwall’s mission - keep Frank here and support him with sound transfer activity.

There were many times we could have sacked Moyes, if we were applying the trigger happy nature of the modern Premier League.

I don’t know about anyone else but I’ve been quite surprised by how many fans of other clubs dislike Lampard going off social media etc.
I know he had previous with Leeds so I get that, but a lot of fans of other clubs want us to go down because they don’t like him. Just found it a bit strange he was a top player and weren’t exactly a hated player either.

As someone stated above, the players really seem to like playing for Frank. Whatever happens I believe he should be kept on. He is still learning as a manager and I think with a few transfer windows under his belt he very well could see some results. Make us a proud club again Super Frank!

What the point in sacking him? And all his staff and trying to find someone else when you totally skint. We have a good young manager with an excellent back room staff

I never liked him either, fantastic player but played for Chelsea which is a unliked club because they bought the league all them years ago. Like the media say everyone loves Klopp when the fact is everyone hates him bah the RS

Fat boy should NEVER have got the job…didn’t deserve the sack? I went to Everton vs Newcastle, sat in the Gwladys street. Paid £6 for the ticket(off stubhub) and had no one within 5 seats of me. The row in front and behind was empty. A kid spent the fa e running back and forth along the rows it was so empty.
