What a bloke. I'd always admired him when he played because he was a great player. I admired him at Derby and to an extent at Chelsea. I was pleased when he became our boss as I thought he was a good emerging young English manager. He's massively exceeded any expectations i had. He understands the fans, has been very clever getting them onside, has vitally tweaked his tactical approach and has dragged a tune out of underperforming players. Give him a closed season with some cash to shape his team and I honestly think he'll do great for us.

For what it’s worth I actually think we’re keeping the ball far better than we were in the first two thirds of the season.
