Surely frank should have seen/sensed the situation before kick off and gone for best attacking team

These players couldn't break down a packed Borehamwood defence. It was never going to be easy against a packed top flight defence. We haven't the quality on the ball to make space when opponents cut off the gaps. There isn't the bravery on the ball to take on a man

Players were tired but he was too cautious. Needed to change dynamic of game at ht.
Coleman to right back + Iwobi to CM, no-one to carry ball + commit players in midfield.
Gray change was far too late, obvious he wasn't at it tonight. Wild he got 30 mins 2nd half.

I’m really annoyed after that game but some takeaways on the gaffer

4 points from 3 games is achievable.
We’re in bother for next season unless we add pace.
He must not rate dele Ali whatsoever.
It’s one extreme or another with him, wide open or totally negative. He needs to work on the game management and accept when things aren’t working.

I think at the moment the make up of the squad is not right to fit Dele into the team. We are playing Coleman as a 3rd CB and Iwobi as WB, 2 in Central Midfield and 2 wingers and a lone striker. Dele can either play CAM or SS. But we don’t have the rest of the squad to play a shape where he can play.

For me we need to add a proper RB to the squad, 2 CM’s and then we could play 4411 with Dele behind a main striker or a midfield 3 with Dele

Yeah he left it too long.

Then again, he clearly doesn't trust that defence not to have Iwobi babysitting it.

He's got to get the balance right against Brentford.

I felt that this was a potential banana skin tonight so, for me, was more concerned about avoiding defeat. Would have loved a win but not that unhappy. It is in our hands.

This is it. And Iwobi made two vital interceptions in the 2nd half because he was at the RB position.

Gordon and Gray should have been dragged off by the hour because they were absolutely horrendous.
