Lo and behold - playing a more attacking system leads to goals. Who'd have thought!
I can understand him wanting to go with the back 5 against Celtic given the circumstances, but it's clear after that match today that we're getting more joy out of these players in a 4-2-3-1.
Two CM's who'll play alongside each other with a third more advanced central player ahead pulling the strings on the ball, two fullbacks who are willing to drive the ball forward to start/join attacks & cross the ball, and two wide attackers who'll play on their preferred sides in order to cut inside/shoot on their preferred foot. Not rocket science this!

That's probably the most candid interview I've seen him do since he's been here. Fair play to Baz.
Likely due to Baz not looking like a clown during his time on the Overlap and not going in two-footed on Frank, which was the right thing to do.
Belting interview this. Answered the questions as if the world wasn't going to get to see them. Very candid.

He was saying that the whole squad is crap and Thelwell and the board threw him under the bus? Good on him.
Decent interview. Suspect a few won't be happy with him saying the priority is staying up (we all know who they are).
They`ve set their stalls out and there is no turning back for them.
To be fair he did clarify it as staying up as early as possible and then seeing where we can get to.
Great interview overall, has reassured me that he will get this job right.
