In all fairness, we could have been 5-1 up and I still think we'd have lost that game, such was the utter [mental] fragility of that team in away games then. Those lads were beaten before every away game even began. That was how bad the situation was. Not hailing Frank as some football Jesus or anything, but turning that mental tanker around is no easy feat - and it is still very much on going. To suggest FL was not a major, major factor in us staying up is hugely naive in my personal opinion.

Yes he’s kipper is familiar but I didn’t know him, I mean he’s not like a real film star is he. You know like Humphrey Bogart, Burt Lancaster, Kirk Douglas, Robert Di Nero or Jack Nicholson.

just have to hope that this has put more pressure on the club to bring players in. Never happy us getting beat but has been clear all this season we have a lack of attacking threat in this team. Have to look at it the other side to a win and new players added would give us all a lift, have to be balanced
