He got relegated twiceI don't think he sorts out years and years of mismanagement. But he does have experience in overperforming with a bunch of poor players. Does Frank?

He looks like a broken man. We’ve seen it all before with the likes of Martinez and Silva in their latter days.I don’t like the fact that the team are playing so badly, a disjointed and he’s just stiff there arms crossed. He needs to be getting them up for it. Worrying
Genuine question. Is there two slower more underperforming forwards in the league than these two? I can’t recall any. To think we blew 35m on this pair. Chronic waste of limited funds we have.He should make a statement to the board and put the spotlight on Thelwell by dragging Maupay and McNeil off right now.
OK we get itStraight at the keeper for the fourth time today… damn that Lampard… if only we had a manager telling them not to do that.
Relax, Christine.Straight at the keeper for the fourth time today… damn that Lampard… if only we had a manager telling them not to do that.
He also needs to make changesHe needs more time.
Don’t want him in the first place…What a waste on Richy’s cash. How could anyone watch McNeill week in and week out and think he is the answer to anything?
Did they? Xg against suggests otherwise. Just been more luckyI do feel a bit for him but he chose not to sell Gordon, and we spent a few quid on McNeil, Maupay, Onana. Potentially that's a lot of money there to prevent starting the season with no attack whatsoever.
Sure, Tarkowski and Coady improved us defensively but our starting 11 this season was worse than how we started last when you factor in Digne/Richarlison.
Doesn't matter how good you are defensively if you can't score and we've not got the players to score.
Was so bloody obvious that we wouldn't be competitive with Gordon, Maupay, McNeil, Gray and Iwobi as your attack. It's not hindsight stuff to say you can't expect Calvert Lewin to be fit. Even if he was in this team he's not offering much.
Any manager I'd take 17th an be thrilled.
I don't think we survive the drop if we don't bring in a few attacking players within days of the window opening.
