Lampard is the perfect manager for a group of fans who absolutely despise the players as he just shrugs and agrees with fans rather than doing something about it. Did it at Chelsea too.

I mean, I couldn't care less who the manager of Everton is if he can get consistent results, but I'm staggered at the record membership of the Frank Lampard Job Preservation Society.

Im not championing Dyche. He's a better manager than Lampard though. He's done more than him in his managerial career than Lampard has done. Just because Lamps was a good player and is young doesn't make him a good manager.

We need like 5-6 starting players in this January. Frank can rarely get a tune out of this squad, but tbh I don't many can, if any. Also don't think we get many players in.

I'd say we're pretty much doomed.

That's just nonsense and you know it. No one is saying we want McNeil to be prime Messi. A structure to the team would be sound, and an improvement on Rafael.
