Has had over a month to work with the team...not good enough. Big second half for him to come but time is running out.

In fairness hardly his fault that the players can't finish their dinner. The system he plays creates chances, these players are just too crap to convert them, they're brainless. I'm not saying we can't do better than Lampard but can we be honest and say we had arguably the greatest manager of all time a few years ago and finished 12th, he then went straight on to win the Champions League directly after leaving us. Obviously our players aren't on the same planet as Madrid's but if Ancelotti couldn't do much with a large group of the same players then it's hardly that fair on Lampard to see him doing crap with them as well.

Whole club needs an overhaul, from the board to the players and everything in between.

Otherwise you have a situation whereby Koeman and Walsh bring in their own players, then Silva, then Allardyce, then Ancelotti and then Fat Kopite Rat Pigman

And at the end you have a team of utter trash that a new manager is trying to carve something together. With the situation made worse when he gives you Dwight McNeil and Neal Maupay to work with

He should make a statement to the board and put the spotlight on Thelwell by dragging Maupay and McNeil off right now.

Im not championing Dyche. He's a better manager than Lampard though. He's done more than him in his managerial career than Lampard has done. Just because Lamps was a good player and is young doesn't make him a good manager.

At this stage of things Dyche has done more than Frank
Saying that most have , Mike Walker must be getting excited at not being are worst manger statically soon.
Up to Frank to do something and prove he can manage at this level.

He has had plenty of time to work with the team plus a full transfer window to at least make sure we have enough for survival. Right now it doesn't look good and the season is going very quickly. A board may have to make a decision at the end of this game...his players have been poor but he is the one picking the team so no excuse.

I don't think he sorts out years and years of mismanagement. But he does have experience in overperforming with a bunch of poor players. Does Frank?
