I don't dislike the fella.
But don't know why he got the job and why he is still in it.
Stability at the moment means carry on heading out of the prem.
For me and a lot of others that point was Bournemouth... that seemed the likely end with the break coming up.I’m a big big fan of Frank, seems a great man and I will never forget the fact he and his team kept us up last season.
But, this is the first time I’ve accepted the fact he will be sacked soon, it’s just not working at all. It’s not all his fault but unfortunately he’s the manager and must face the consequences for such poor performances and results. The players are a joke and can’t seem to do the basics right but yet get rewarded with new contracts, the tits.
It’s a shame, Franks brought a really good and experienced back room team with him and I genuinely thought we could build and return to a decent team with him at the helm.
Why would he leave West Ham…I wonder. If the board was going to upset the fanbase by appointing Benitez they may as well appointed Moyes, there would have been some kick back but we wouldn`t be where we are now....
And similarly, this was an issue last year when we started with only Dom and Salmon Butties, yum yum. We’re not learning from our obvious errors.
We’re making chances, although not finishing them. When that’s the problem and your relying on an injury prone player, we must invest now.
I don't think so really. Great managers will get a tune out of worse players but we'd still be crap, just not doomed to relegation levels of crap. Look at United under Mourinho vs any of the others since Ferguson, easily their best manager and had to drag them kicking and screaming to 2nd, everyone after that has been a nightmare for them cos of their level of player (obviously much better than us but that's besides the point).
Even Carlo with us was working with much the same group as Lampard is now, plus or minus a few and yes we only ended up 12th but it was a comfortable, disappointing 12th, rather than with Lampard at the minute if he got us 12th it'd be like he pulled off a miracle, despite like I said the players being 80% the same in both groups.
It's just not working out here for Lampard, grateful for last season and he should hold his head high, I'd prefer him to go while we can be saved and look back on him fondly, rather than him staying too long and taking us down, tarnishing everything. For our sakes most importantly but also his.
Well we going down with him in charge that's for sure.
Geez, I doubt I would go that far. Sees us as a useful stepping stone is all.Mate, lovely guy Lampard, talks well, nice guy, he’s become one off us, an Evertonian, but as a manager not good enough
No were not, any competent manager keeps us up.
Frank's a nice man, rubbish manager, keep him we go down said it months a go.
I never want us down under any circumstances.Which I'm not as worried about to be fair. We're a toxic club that needs taking out

They'll be signings. He was just asked if there'd be incomings and he said he doesn't know. He won't turn around and say "yeah, next week"
