I've been giving him the benefit of the doubt as I don't want to sack another manager as it's a death spiral to keep doing it with how badly this club is run. Plus the squad isn't good enough. But he isn't setting us up correctly and he isn't playing to our strengths as lacking of creativity and firepower as we are he isn't being tactically shrewd enough to try different things and I worry even if we get forwards in he can't make this team work. Yes he's been dealt a bad hand with a lack of a number nine and enough creativity but he isn't showing any progress in attacking areas. 12 goals in 16 games we are going only one way with that record. He has a few games to get results if not we have to bring someone else in who can get results it's that desperate now. Also we need creativity and firepower asap whoever the manager is.

He's been a disaster at belgium considering the talent he's had available to him. I mean maybe skip qatar where the squad was on its last legs. He did nothing with them when they were in their prime.

So much aimless passing around the back with no purpose and they just sat and waited for their moment to counter. Then we didnt take the foul and yellow card for the team on the transition. I cant fathom how naive and amateurish we are in key moments. I'm afraid that is just terrible coaching.

Just at this point, sticking with Lampard is guaranteed relegation. Less than a point per game return over a full year. He getting worse as well. He has to go, and if RM is the best or only manager willing to join NOW, it's worth a gamble imo.
