We’ve been rubbish since long before then.

We were in midtable after the Palace game with winnable games to come and we have collapsed into a crisis.

His management since that Palace win has been downright appalling. He doesnt deserve to keep his job.

I think Lampard is out of his depth tactically and most managers have figured him out.

The players are not without fault but he cannot read the game while it is happening. He is reactive instead of proactive, just like our squad.

A better manager doesn't rely on Gordon despite the lack of resources or make like for like subs while trying to win a game.

He is his own worst enemy. His team look slow and predictable.

Poch or Tuchel instantly improve that side by demanding more and training harder.

At this stage it’s more simple … Poch or Tuchel keep us up.

You cannot play Mykolenko at left wing back, the lad is absolutely woeful in the final third and he’s fairly average in the first two!

Think it’s just he’s out of his depth. Don’t feel any malice towards him and really wanted him to succeed .. don’t see this getting any better and even the new manager bounce most teams get would move us up the table. Sad state of affairs I’m afraid at our club at present .. needs some serious attention !

He delivered a ball in the match that should have been an assist if it wasn't for the fact that Gordon was at the end of it. Mykolenko is not the issue...the issue is what he has to work with meaning the players he has in front of him. Our front 3 is not even championship level. That's the reality and nothing was done to address it. Losing our best attacking threat in richy has killed us.

I hear there are plenty of managers out there who can turn a championship (at best, let’s be honest they wouldn’t be the best attacking line up in the championship) attack into a group of player who can score regularly in the premier league.

People saying Poch or Tuchel are mad when they turned down a far more attractive job than ours last month.
