The fans have to take share of the blame for this. We all know Moshiri is a reactive owner so I imagine he doesn't want to annoy the fanbase any further by sacking the guy the fans have worshipped since the day he joined the club.

I think we do lack effort, if it's effort in a co-ordinated and concerted manner.
Even saying that, too many of the players don't get out of first gear often enough.
I still think there's some players hiding and others who could do a lot more. Also some who are playing within themselves, all part of the managers job to fix.

The most distressing thing is that we just had a six week break with most of the squad to work on attacking patterns of play and tactics and they serve up that tripe?! Yes we need players in forward areas but the coaching, tactics and in game isn't good enough either. I want to support Frank because he has been dealt a bad hand by this board and we need one manager to be given time to rebuild otherwise we go round in circles, but he needs to show more otherwise what are we working towards?! With a 30% win rate its the championship currently :'(

The clock is ticking for me if we don't beat Brighton he has to go because Southampton at home is another must win! I wanted it to work but doesn't look like it but then I ask myself who can get our clusterf#ck of a squad functioning? Maybe someone with a bit more of a track record.
