I do wonder how the loyal Lampard supporters feel about him blaming the fans for losing to Wolves.
@adi dassler thoughts ?
I think it’s pretty sad that you’re dreaming your kecks to come on here and gloat tbh lad.

We can’t buy 2 number 9’s I don’t see the point in that, one with a wide player who can score and create. Chelsea getting linked to a lot of midfielders, maybe try a loan for GallagherChatting in the pub on Boxing day with fellow Blues and said the same thing. Its understandable we are not scoring with Richarlison gone and Lewin injured and Maupay looking like he could not score in a brothel. We need 2 strikers in immediately and someone like Brereton Diaz and Gyokeres would do for me as we have not got mega money to splash out.
Some of us said that Lampard was a PR appointment at the time. If he was popular - and you are right, he was - it was because people accepted the really low-quality hit list that these useless charlatans leaked in lieu of actually having a proper succession management policy at the club. I mean, that would be work, so far too much to ask for.The choices the board gave us was him, Dunc or that pereira. It’s easy to see why Frank was popular
Lampard did his job last season and was the right choice at the right timeSome of us said that Lampard was a PR appointment at the time. The board played a blinder in getting the immediate heat off themselves. But the Lampard shield was always likely to be a very temporary defence mechanism - and so it has proved.
With Bill getting older and in dubious health, and Farhad compromised by sanctions and failure, one wonders if even the will exists to try to rectify the situation this year.
In the end, they might all be too old, tired, and broke to even attempt to ride to the rescue. A perfect storm.
No they neverVast majority of Everton fans wanted Lampard as Manager. Inc me. We reap what we have sewn.
True. However fans are knowledgeable and well capable of shouting out alternatives to these three. Nobody did though. The choices the board gave us was him, Dunc or that pereira. It’s easy to see why Frank was popular
Towards his last few years he was vocal about getting more money, always after a payday, etc.I haven't been following closely. What's he been up to?
As for his association with Qatar, well, I wouldn't hold that against him given the stampede of so-called respectable people lining up to take their gold. I mean, even the sainted Messi is in cahoots with the Saudis. As obnoxious as all of this is, I'm not sure we can afford higher off-the-field standards than the competition given we are happy to accept much lower on-the-field standards.
I disagree. The bar was set so low: keep up a club that hasn't been relegated since 1953. I mean, most managers would have "done that job", arguably even his detested predecessor. I wouldn't give him too much kudos for that. Even Allardyce, who people hate, did that job in about a month in 2017. So, yeah, he kept us up - but he went a long way to taking us down himself before he found a way. It was far closer than it ever should have been.Lampard did his job last season and was the right choice at the right time
Whether he is still the right person is a whole other debate. The evidence certainly suggests he is not.

You'd give your nan to have Rafael back, why are you even in this thread? No gloating here mate just wanted your opinion on his comments.
Personally thought they were poor and a kick in the teeth to those fans like you who worshipped him from day one and helped keep him in a job last season.
?No they never

In my view, he was NEVER the right person. I said it then and I say it now.

I don't even need (or want) to vault you for this. Why would I want Benitez back ?
He brought oot the worst in our fanbase so no - a good manager but it wouldn't work.
