Can’t see where another win is coming from. Hopefully they boot him after city. Half decent experienced manager can get this shower to win more than 3 in 17.

2 poor quality midfielders
2 poor quality wide players
1 poor quality centre forward

= 50% of the outfield.

But posters seem to think the manager can magically turn that into a winning team.

Bring in Tuchel and Poch as a managerial duo and they still have the same players.

Needs Thelwell to sell dross and sign quality players in Jan.
Not really but he has to do much better then the crap he’s serving up now

Yes, I think we have good enough players to beat crap teams like Wolves and Bournemouth.

Anyone else worried that there are no rumours? I’d expect him to get the next two but a big or uninspiring defeat against City would be a nail in the coffin moment for me. It’s weird that it feels like business as usual.

I'm shocked he's still at the club. It's as though the board want us to go down or actually don't have any clue about football at all.

All the stats suggest he's doing awfully and their idea of lampard and Thelwell has been another absolute catastrophe. Get shot of both. Bring in someone tried and tested who gives the best shot of staying up and start again. Lampard is the worst manager in Everton history. Two relegation battles in 2 seasons is diabolical

I'm not sure there will be, I honestly don't think the club can afford to sack/hire another management team. I think they will try and get a few signings in and see what happens. Whether this is the best strategy I'm not not so sure.
